Overview
Lynon is looking for a Lawyer.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, labor, and data protection matters
- Ensure the company’s operations comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Support internal teams with legal risk assessments and recommendations
- Handle correspondence with external partners, legal entities, and regulatory bodies
- Participate in internal investigations, audits, and due diligence processes
- Maintain and update internal legal documentation and templates
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 2+ years of proven experience in a legal role (preferably in-house or in a law firm)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of corporate and contract law
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
