Responsibilities:
  • Owning marketing analytics processes, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data quality standards to ensure reliable and actionable insights across the organization
  • Monitoring key marketing and business performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities and performance issues, conducting root cause analysis, and providing data-driven recommendations
  • Designing, prioritizing, and evaluating marketing experiments and A/B tests to optimize acquisition, retention, engagement, and overall marketing efficiency
  • Developing, maintaining, and improving analytical and predictive models used in marketing decision-making, including attribution, forecasting, segmentation, and budget allocation models
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities, automating analytical workflows, and implementing best practices in marketing measurement and analytics
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in a technical, mathematical, or economics-related field
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills, including confident use of pivot tables
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and A/B testing methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in marketing analytics and predictive modeling
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
