- Resolve complex Tier 1 Salesforce issues, including troubleshooting validation rules, automation conflicts, and integrations.
- Mentor and guide junior administrators and support staff, building their expertise and promoting independence.
- Identify patterns in support challenges and implement solutions through better training, automation, or configuration.
- Lead declarative development projects, including designing Flows, Process Builder automations, and creating advanced reports and dashboards.
- Act as a key liaison between Tier 1 support and scrum teams to facilitate collaboration and communication.
- Proactively anticipate potential problems and implement preventive strategies such as improved error handling, user training, and comprehensive documentation.
- Ensure Tier 1 support quality by providing timely responses and maintaining high end-user satisfaction.
- Proven familiarity with Salesforce and a strong eagerness to learn and adapt quickly on the job.
- Customer service background with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
