“Huawei Technologies Armenia” LLC is looking for a suitable candidate for the Logistics Manager position. Huawei Technologies Armenia offers a challenging position, the opportunity to grow with the Company.

  • Monitor, analyze, plan and control of logistics operation, Escalate urgent or unsolved logistics issues. Share responsibility in issue of identification and resolution;
  • Involving in regional LSP selection and management as per unitary existing process, and sign SLA and Service contract (including non-disclosure agreement) with existing local LSP under the direction of international transportation CEG in H.Q;
  • Daily management including regular review of logistics & customs operations and performance, maintenance of relationship with LSP, Continuous improvement of logistics’ level;
  • Import and Export customs clearance/permit application: Review documents, permit application, duty and VAT calculation, coordinate to customs broker and ensure they comply with Huawei’s requirements and local regulations and law, arrange payment for duty & VAT and clearance charge, monthly providing kinds of customs clearance report as per upper management team’s requirement;
  • Product and spare parts classification and tariff rates updating, documentation and filing for internal & external audit and track and trace purposes;
  • Local delivery and distribution: Getting quotation, processing to transportation booking and instruction, shipment tracking and control, submitting shipment report and relative charge analysis;
  • Warehouse management: Material receiving and dispatching, inventory count and book keeping, arranging payment for inventory charge, issuing inventory report;
  • Logistics coordination and support for sales contract and loan-goods contract;
Required Qualifications:
  • BS in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field is preferred;
  • Fluency in English and Russian;
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations;
  • Solution focused, oriented to improvement and development;
  • Experience in customer service will be a plus;
  • Ability to track multiple processes;
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • High sense of responsibility and result-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Team player, able to work in an international team.
