Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the current operations of agricultural companies, assess risks, and develop an audit implementation plan
  • Conduct financial and operational audits by reviewing accounting records, invoices, contracts, procedures, and other relevant documentation
  • Analyze the effectiveness of current systems, assess fraud prevention opportunities, and ensure compliance with legal regulations
  • Coordinate the collection, organization, analysis, evaluation, and documentation of information obtained during audit inspections
  • Conduct investigations and inquiries regarding potential financial leakage or fraud
  • Prepare and present clear and comprehensive internal audit reports that identify root causes of key deviations, propose practical solutions, and provide valuable recommendations to management
  • Provide timely and appropriate information to management on significant risks related to internal control and their potential impact
  • Coordinate follow-up actions aimed at resolving previously identified issues and eliminating deficiencies found during the audit process
  • Participate in staff development and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Perform and coordinate other functions related to the division’s processe
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted auditing standards and risk assessment practices
  • Solid understanding of accounting, tax, and labor legislation
  • Proficiency in internal control systems
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing audit documentation and reports
  • Ability to review, analyze, and evaluate data from multiple sources
  • Excellent command of MS Office and accounting software (ArmSoft)
  • Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian (written and verbal)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and effective time management
  • Proven leadership and team guidance capabilities
