Overview
Responsibilities:
- Plan monthly content calendar with Head of Marketing
- Create and schedule social media posts aligned with our rubrics
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions
- Collaborate with graphic designer and Head of Marketing for social media posts and maintain a consistent brand voice across all our channels
- Come up with campaigns to boost hype around events
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Create and send out weekly and monthly newsletters
- Come up with email marketing campaigns to boost hype around events
- Keep ongoing communication with current media partners and send out prepared Press Releases
- Update website content as needed
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding
- Ability to work with simple design tools (e.g. Canva)
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and teamwork mindset
