Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and deadlines.
- Manage the day-to-day workflow of multiple marketing projects, tracking tasks and deliverables across teams.
- Coordinate timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Manage content creation, creative development, and production timelines for digital and print campaigns.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage both virtual and in-person events, coordinate event logistics, collaborate with internal teams to develop event marketing materials and content.
- Work closely with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment between event goals and company priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear and consistent communication across teams.
- Monitor and report on the progress of campaigns, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Resolve issues on time, ensuring that all stays on track and aligned with strategic goals.
- Act as a liaison between various internal departments (creative, design, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
- Track and manage the allocation of marketing resources and assist with ensuring team members are assigned to the appropriate tasks.
- Ensure that marketing assets (e.g., designs, content, presentations) are properly stored, updated, and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., agencies, influencers, affiliate marketers) to support initiatives and campaigns.
- Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with project goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience, preferably with a focus on retail, eCommerce or digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Understanding of online sales funnels, customer acquisition, and digital marketing techniques
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO, paid media).
