Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing projects for the Kazakhstan market
  • Develop project timelines and execution plans while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including Design, Digital Marketing, Content, CRM, Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams
  • Work closely with the Kazakhstan team to understand local market needs, customer behavior, and business objectives
  • Manage campaign launches, promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and product marketing initiatives
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
  • Ensure marketing materials are localized and aligned with the Kazakhstan market
  • Coordinate external vendors, agencies, and partners when required
  • Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights
  • Maintain project documentation and regularly communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Continuously improve marketing workflows and project management processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or campaign management
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
