Join Imagine Live, a global leader in live gaming and entertainment, as a Marketing Project Assistant. In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of marketing projects, events, and brand initiatives across international markets. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage timelines, logistics, and deliverables— ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and effectively. Ideal for proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individuals eager to grow their career in marketing and live entertainment.
- Assist in coordinating and executing marketing projects across departments, including events, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Support project managers in developing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
- Communicate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to gather information, follow up on tasks, and manage project logistics.
- Help prepare project documentation, presentations, reports, and meeting summaries. Assist in organizing international exhibitions and trade shows (logistics, booth setup, materials, giveaways, etc.).
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, videos, banners, and promotional items.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media updates, website content coordination, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and report project progress, budgets, and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow.
- Help with internal and external communication—collecting data, proofreading texts, and supporting translation needs.
- Stay informed about marketing trends, industry events, and competitor activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing or event coordination is an advantage but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and readiness to take on diverse marketing tasks.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
