- Generate hypotheses based on analytical data, customer journey maps (CJM), key business metrics, and lifecycle and loyalty metrics
- Create business specifications with measured potential business effects
- Launch experiments using classic CRM channels (email, app/web push, SMS) and on-product channels (pop-ups, banners, chats, etc.)
- Analyze the results of the conducted experiments
- Taking ownership of one of the business's most valuable CRM initiatives (increasing retention of high ARPPU clients, preventing churn, etc.)
- Proactively interact with key stakeholders, product managers, UX teams, development teams, and data analysts
- Initiating improvements to processes and products, launching new channels, and using unusual mechanics to achieve business goals
- Experienced with CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence, and any BI systems
- Understanding the main CRM metrics: OR, CR, CTOR, retention rate, churn rate, unsubscribe rate, etc.
- High level of knowledge and experience working with key business metrics: revenue, ARPPU, LTV, etc.
- English level B2 or higher
- Russian levek C1+
- Vacation 28 calendar days per year

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years
