We are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to lead our Methodology and Quality Management team, who will combine strategic thinking with practical leadership. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a methodology and quality management strategy
  • Set long-term and short-term quality management goals
  • Ensure the integration of the quality management system into the organization's overall management system
  • Set service delivery standards and quality criteria
  • Regularly review and update methodological documents
  • Ensure the accessibility and applicability of the methodology for all departments
  • Set quality measurement indicators (KPIs) and assessment mechanisms
  • Organize quality monitoring, internal audits and assessments
  • Analyze deviations in quality indicators and their cause-and-effect relationships
  • Control the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Manage the work of senior, middle and junior specialists
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in a relevant field (healthcare system, management, economics or related fields)•
  • Experience in quality management systems and methodological work
  • Proven experience in team leadership and management
  • KPI/KPI definition and analysis skills
  • Experience in organizing internal audits and assessments
  • Reporting skills and presentation skills to management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Staff management
