Overview
Responsibilities:
- Organize notarial appointments according to the calendar schedule
- Coordinate communication between clients, notaries, banks, and developers
- Ensure the completeness of required documents
- Be present at the transaction site to assist the client during the contract signing process
- Ensure that all information stated in the contract is accurate
- Digitize documents and carry out reporting procedures after the transaction
- Prepare necessary certificates (e.g., for income tax) and manage document circulation
Required Qualifications:
- Higher education (preferably in the fields of law or economics)
- Excellent verbal and written Armenian language skills
- Ability to quickly adapt, communicate, and coordinate
- High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (MS Office, PDF tools, Google Drive / Dropbox)
- Experience in notarial or real estate fields will be considered an advantage
