Overview
Sportion AM is looking for a Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Office Maintenance: Oversee and coordinate the upkeep of office facilities, including cleaning, repairs, equipment servicing, etc
- Supplies Management: Maintain inventory and ensure the timely ordering of office supplies, stationery, and kitchen essentials
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with service providers (e.g., cleaners, and maintenance technicians) to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
- Administrative Support: Assist with the office of administration and paperwork. Bookkeep and maintain office agreements and contract records
- IT Coordination: Work with the IT department to manage office hardware and support the resolution of basic technical issues
- Operations Coordination: Work with the operations team to align with the company's needs and support its plans
- Onboarding Support: Help set up workstations and provide office orientation for new employees
- General Support: Provide administrative assistance to management and staff as needed
- Office Liaison: Be the first contact person for anything office-related, by being on top of office needs and updates
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or administration
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in office software (Google Workplace, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
Good written and verbal English Proficiency
