SoftConstruct is looking for a Operation Specialist / CreedRoomz.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle the activation and deactivation of tables in line with internal tasks (Project Management) and external partner inquiries
  • Establish, merge, and adjust table limits based on business decisions or partner requests
  • Adjust permissible settings in the program in response to partner inquiries and relevant tasks
  • Inspect and register live websites according to the list of partner sites provided by Project Management
  • Conduct daily checks on network websites, evaluating them according to specific criteria (details to be provided upon hiring)
  • Perform weekly checks on key revenue-generating websites to ensure optimal performance and compliance
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, Russian, and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to details
