Creedroomz is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will help manage our online gaming tables, support our partners, and make sure everything runs smoothly and correctly day-to-day. Responsibilities:
  • Table Management: Handling the activation and deactivation of gaming tables and adjust betting limits based on partner requests or team decisions.
  • Website Checks: Do daily and weekly reviews of partner websites to make sure they are working correctly and following our rules.
  • Compliance & Rules: Help ensure our games meet the legal requirements and certifications for different countries.
  • Data & Tech Support: Update currency rates on our platform and help check that technical connections (APIs) with our partners are working.
  • Problem Solving: Watch out for technical issues or mistakes (incidents) and help fix them quickly.
Required Qualifications:
  • Languages: Good written and spoken Armenian, Russian, and English.
  • Tech Skills: Solid basic skills in Microsoft Excel (knowing how to use filters, basic formulas, and tables).
  • Mindset: Great attention to detail, a love for solving puzzles, and the ability to learn fast in a quick-moving environment.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Jira (or a willingness to learn how task-tracking boards work). Bonus Points If You Have
  • A basic understanding of SQL or databases.
  • A general idea of how websites and APIs talk to each other.
  • Any previous experience in customer support, tech support, or administrative roles.
