Description:
Digitain is looking for an Operations Specialist to join the Company’s team. He/She must ensure the correct operation of online monitoring, game risk evaluation and provide support to our customers on a daily basis.
This position includes the following working hours:
09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00
Responsibilities:
- Conduct online monitoring and game risk evaluation
- Conduct different types of analyses
- Improve methods to detect and eliminate various kinds of violations
- Conduct various types of customer-related activities on a daily basis
- Develop, compilate and present reports related to risk analysis
- Manage clients’ requests and provide an appropriate solution
- Test casino games' views and functionality
- Add new games to partner websites
- Maintain already active games
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree, technical background is preferable
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strongly developed decision making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create reports in a written form
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work in different fast-paced work environment and quickly respond to changing situations
- Attention to details and well-developed memory
- High sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of Russian and English languages
