Galaxsys is looking for a dynamic and high-performing Partner Development Manager to join our awesome team. If you are partner-oriented with a “can do” attitude, proactive and passionate about gaming industry, this position is for you. Your role as a Partner Manager is multifaceted and dynamic, requiring a combination of strategic thinking, market analysis, relationship building, and revenue generation to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
– Negotiating and collaborating to form strategic partnerships that can enhance the company’s offerings and reach
– Formulating effective business strategies, identifying gaps in the market, and tailoring products or services to meet partner demands
– Creating and implementing business development strategies
– Setting sales targets and revenue goals for the organization working closely with the sales team to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, finance, and legal, etc.) to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives
– Monitoring industry regulations and compliance
– Representing the company in industry events and conferences

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying potential business opportunities in the iGaming industry
  • Researching and analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify areas for growth and expansion
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the iGaming industry
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3+ years of proven experience in account management, customer service, or business development related fields
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both in English and Russian languasges
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience in igaming industry will be considered as a big plus
