Overview
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of accounting data in 1C, as well as compliance between two accounting systems (1C and ArmSoft)
- Provide prompt solutions to accounting-related system issues during daily operation and reporting period closing
- Define, automate, and maintain rules for accounting processes checking, control and monitoring, analyze the processes within the system to identify and improve the risks, gaps and opportunities
- Develop and create reports in 1C for control over accounting key indicators and presentation for both internal and external users
- Input electronic invoices from Tax system to 1C and ArmSoft
- Control over Invoice approval process in ArmSoft
- Record approved Invoices in ArmSoft
- Implement advance settlements
- Prepare reconciliation acts with partners on semiannual basi
- Transactions connected to the Invoices of the sold goods and services
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting and Economics
- At least 3 year’s work experience in the relevant field
- Knowledge of RA accounting standards and IFRS
- Knowledge of RA Tax legislation
- Knowledge of ArmSoft and 1C administration
- Strong skills in understanding databases like MS SQL/PostgreSQL
- Ability manage users, updates, system integrity, and technical support
- Ability to handling user requests, ensuring data security, configuring system changes
- Language skills (Armenian, Russian and English languages)
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Time Management skills
- Reporting skills
- Attention to details
