Overview
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead engaging Photography workshops for TUMO students
- Deliver workshops primarily in Yerevan, with the flexibility to travel to other TUMO locations at least twice a year for month-long workshop sessions
- Develop and provide educational materials that support student self-learning and skill development
- Assess and document student outcomes at the completion of each workshop, ensuring results are properly stored for student portfolios
- Review and assess activity examinations and collaborate with team members and departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely workshops
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Center’s success
Nice To Have:
- Familiarity with diverse photographic approaches is considered a plus
- Software proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge, and Adobe Lightroom is an asset
Required Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably in Photography or related field
- Or completion of specialized courses in Photography
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in Photography
- Experience in education and the ability to work effectively with teenagers is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Languages: Armenian (required); English (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain high productivity
