SoftConstruct is looking for a PPC Specialist / VBET.

Responsibilities:
  • Advanced PPC Campaign Management: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across search and display networks, ensuring ROI and performance improvements
  • Competitor Analysis: Advanced competitor research, identifying new opportunities and adjusting strategy accordingly
  • Regional & Product Team Communication: Regularly align goals with regional marketing teams and product teams to adjust campaigns with local market needs and product offerings
  • Compliance & Legal Issues: Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure campaigns comply with EU regulations, local laws, and industry standards (especially relevant to online betting)
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and control for PPC campaigns across various markets
  • Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns, adjusting keyword bids, targeting, and ad copy to improve results
  • Analytics & Reporting: Provide detailed performance reports using Google Analytics, Metabase, and other tools.Suggest actionable insights based on data analysis
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate campaign performance and strategic changes to management, regional teams, and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in PPC management, preferably in a regulated industry like online gaming or betting
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing, etc.), keyword research, and campaign optimization techniques
  • Tools: Proficiency with GA4, Metabase, Hotjar, Google Ads, and other analytics tools
  • Language: Proficiency in English; additional EU language skills are highly desirable
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
