Lynon is looking for a PR and Communications Manager.
Responsibilities:
-D evelop and implement a comprehensive PR and communication strategy to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and engagement
- Oversee the creation of key communications materials, media pitches, corporate messaging, speeches, and reports
- Monitor, analyze, and report on media coverage, public sentiment, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and demonstrate success
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, HR, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging across all communication channels
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging PR technologies to drive innovation in strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in PR, communications with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of building successful PR campaigns
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in PR measurement tools, and data analysis to track performance
- Solid understanding of digital media, influencer outreach, and social media strategies
