Overview
Responsibilities:
- Identify trends and behavioral segments to improve personalization and customer lifetime value
- Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data accuracy, consistency and availability
- Provide actionable insights based on data to support roadmap prioritization and business decisions
- Design and interpret A/B tests to assess product changes and promotional initiatives
- Build and maintain dashboards and regular reports for product and marketing KPIs
- Collaborate with PM, PO, UI/UX designers, BA to define success metrics for new features
- Evaluate product and marketing campaign performance using key metrics (activation, retention, churn, conversion, engagement)
- Analyze user behavior and customer journeys within the mobile application to identify growth opportunities and pain points
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with BI or similar tools for data analysis is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Solid understanding of user funnel metrics, cohort analysis and A/B testing
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a product-oriented mindset
- 2–4 years of experience as a Product, Marketing or Data Analyst (preferably in fintech, banking, or mobile apps)
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) is required, preferably in Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related technical field
