Overview

The Product Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, enhancement, and end-to-end lifecycle management of lending solutions across the bank’s digital platforms.

The role involves close collaboration with IT, risk management, and other support teams, as well as external partners and vendors.

Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in Economics, Management, Finance, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the banking system; experience in credit products or digital lending will be considered an advantage
  • Practical experience in:
  • Applying Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
  • Using Jira and Confluence tools
  • Preparing and managing BRD, PRD, and User Stories documentation
  • Strong knowledge of consumer lending, digital lending processes, and the customer journey
  • Clear understanding of the full lifecycle of digital product development and management
  • Knowledge of RA banking legislation, lending processes, and sector regulations
  • Ability to effectively balance business requirements, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in credit risk management will be considered an additional advantage
  • Analytical and structured thinking
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders
  • Initiative, independence, and high sense of accountability for results
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a changing environment, and pursue continuous development
  • Excellent written and spoken command of Russian and English
