Overview

EasyDMARC is an AI-powered email infrastructure observability and control platform that helps organizations protect their email ecosystem from spoofing, phishing, and business email compromise. Thousands of organizations rely on EasyDMARC to secure their domains end to end from email authentication (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) to DNS management, DNS health, deliverability, sender reputation, and threat intelligence. You’ll build for a technical audience – IT admins, security engineers, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) – stakeholders who distrust dashboards that oversimplify and abandon tools that waste their time. The products you own turn noisy infrastructure signals into clear answers: what broke, why, and how to fix it. You’ll debate data pipeline trade-offs and detection logic with engineers, question their assumptions, and have your own questioned back one.

Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of the strategic roadmap for your product area and its execution, including discovery, requirements, launch and iteration.
  • Turn raw infrastructure signals (DNS changes, blocklist listings, abuse complaints, certificate expiry…) into products that tell a non-expert what broke, why it matters, and how to fix it.
  • Decide which customer segments should be prioritized when their needs compete, and use data to explain and justify those decisions.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to make informed trade-offs that balance technical feasibility, customer value, and business priorities.
  • Continuously engage with customers (with security mindset) to understand their needs, translate insights into product experiments, and measure success using clear metrics.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years building technical B2B SaaS products for developers, IT administrators, security engineers, DevOps, or infrastructure teams.
  • Strong technical background. Solid understanding of APIs, networking, DNS, email protocols, cloud infrastructure, identity, or cybersecurity. Our ideal candidate should be able to have meaningful technical discussions with engineers, understand system architecture, and make informed product decisions without relying on others to translate technical concepts.
  • Engineering or technical experience is a strong advantage. A background in software engineering, DevOps, site reliability, systems administration, or cybersecurity is highly valued.
  • Data-driven decision making. Ability to define success metrics, analyze product usage using tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or SQL, and make decisions based on data—not opinions..
  • Zero-to-one product experience. Experience in successfully taking products or major features from ambiguous ideas through discovery, validation, launch, and customer adoption—not just optimizing existing products.
  • Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills/mindset. Ability to investigate and identify underlying drivers - segments, cohorts, user behavior, and upstream dependencies when metrics change, before proposing solutions.
  • Ownership mentality. Taking full ownership of the strategic roadmap for your product area and its execution, including discovery, requirements, launch and iteration. You think like a founder, take responsibility for outcomes, move quickly, and continuously look for opportunities to improve the product and the business.
  • AI product experience in shipping an AI-native product or AI-powered feature (or having a strong, informed view on where AI genuinely improves UX vs. where it's decoration).
Nice To Have:
  • Prior hands-on engineering, sysadmin, DevOps, or SecOps background.
  • Experience in email deliverability, threat intelligence, or monitoring/observability products.
  • Experience with MSP or channel-driven products.
Technologies:
  • Mixpanel
  • Amplitude
  • SQL
