SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team!

We are looking for motivated and responsible Project Manager for our Certifications Department. The Ideal candidate needs to have at least 3 years of relevant experience and English proficiency at B2 or C1 level.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage software certification projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of certification milestones
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, regulatory, and external certification bodies
  • Monitor project progress; report on status, risks, and issues to the head of the department
  • Ensure final reports include the relevant scope of certification, company name, and regulatory details
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software project management
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Experience with quality assurance practices and tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • English proficiency at B2 or C1 level
  • Project management
  • Negotiation skills
