🚀 Co-Founder Wanted: Scale our AI Product (Equity-Based)
Want to run an AI startup? We’ve built a powerful, AI-driven job parser app under iJob.am (fully backed by a solid Azure infrastructure). We have 100% of the tech covered—now we need a Product Manager / Growth Co-Founder to drive the business strategy and monetization.
The Deal: Equity partnership (no initial budget).
Responsibilities:
- Define the product roadmap and monetization strategies for our AI job parser.
- Create and test creative growth loops to acquire B2B/B2C users.
- Conduct market research to identify new feature opportunities and user pain points.
- Collaborate with the tech team to align business goals with product development.
Required Qualifications:
Creativity: We need out-of-the-box thinking for user acquisition and growth loops.
Nice To Have:
- Azure Boards: Ability to map out product requirements and create clear User Stories to sync smoothly with the development workflow.
- Background: Any experience with sales, product management, or AI is a plus.
