Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and relay customer feedback and inquiries to the product team
  • Assist with daily operational tasks for Bon Market and, when necessary, for other products
  • Manage and maintain communication with existing partners and assist in establishing new partnerships
  • Support negotiation processes and assist with partnership agreement preparations
  • Update and manage partnership offers and promotional documentation
  • Coordinate product listings, updates, and internal processes
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to execute ongoing tasks
  • Monitor key operational metrics such as product availability, user activity and other metric
  • Participate in testing new features and product flows and provide structured feedback
  • Prepare basic weekly and monthly reports on operational metrics and partnership activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills for working with both partners and internal teams
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in operational and administrative work
  • Comfort working with data and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Good time management and prioritization abilities
  • Proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Team-oriented and willing to take initiative in a dynamic environment
