Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Buymie team and take ownership of projects from planning through to successful delivery.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders to coordinate priorities, manage timelines, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear ownership of tasks.
  • Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and potential blockers.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear status updates.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and keep everyone aligned.
  • Identify issues early and coordinate appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and ways of working.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT/software environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving Product and Engineering teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
