We are in search of a Project Manager to join our Project Management Department. The candidate will oversee project coordination and drive efficiency to ensure project success. From Concept to Completion: Lead Projects That Shine!

Responsibilities:
  • Written and verbal communication with native speakers (B2C and B2B)
  • Execute and manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to completion in ClickUp
  • Maintaining customer data in HubSpot
  • Ensure high-quality project execution and adherence to deadlines
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and scheduling departments
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong skills in maintaining and enhancing client relationships
  • Engineering education OR strong engineering experience
  • Capable of identifying and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Strong client communication and relationship skills
  • Capable of overcoming client objections
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with various software and tools
