Overview
The Provider Communications and Promo Team Lead shall be responsible for overseeing all communication processes with Suppliers, ensuring the effective operation of the Promo section, coordinating the unit’s workload, as well as maintaining collaboration with external teams and departments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication with external teams
- Provide training and onboarding for new hires
- Oversee and manage the entire workflow of the unit
- Demonstrate readiness to support team members when needed
- Ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the Provider Communications and Promo Unit
- Perform other functions assigned by their immediate supervisor, arising from the duties of the position
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Economics or a closely related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a relevant area
- Good knowledge of English and Russian
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Jira
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong self-organization and keen attention to detail
- Ability to produce content within tight deadlines
- Confident communication and ability to present information efficiently to all levels of the Company
- Ability to identify, understand, and prioritize issues effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new information
- Excellent communication skills
