Required candidate level: Mid level


- Process all reservation requests by mail and telephone and respond to the request on timely manner.
- Track all reservations picked up from all On-line channels like hotel website, OTA, GDS other third party etc.
- Develop and sustain relationships based on an understanding of customer needs and action consistent with the company's service standards.
- Fully knowledgeable about hotel guest rooms, rates, promotions, amenities, programs, hotel facilities and services.

Required Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in hotel reservations or front office departments
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills
- Solid knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English⁣
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Computer proficiency⁣
- Problem handling skills
