Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the KYC process, including customer identification and verification, risk assessment, and ongoing monitoring of customer relationships
  • Conduct detailed investigations into customer backgrounds, transactions, and regulatory compliance to identify potential risks and suspicious activities
  • Develop and implement KYC guidelines based on policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including compliance, legal, and operations teams, to address KYC-related issues and enhance cross-functional processes
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a culture and continuous improvement within the team
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and emerging trends in the industry to proactively adapt KYC strategies
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and reporting to senior management
  • Identify potentially high-risk clients and implement containment procedures in accordance with internal policies
  • Participate in training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance within the organization
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree, (Financial, mathematical or technical background is preferable)
  • 3+ years of work experience in KYC, risk monitoring, reporting, analytics or relevant field (experience in iGaming will be a big plus)
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English (knowledge of other foreign languages will be a plus)
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights to mitigate risks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to diverse audiences
  • Experience with KYC software tools and technologies will be a big plus
  • Excellent knowledge of computer using, MS Excel (Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) for conducting investigations and generating reports will be a big plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across various teams
