Golden Palace Hotel Yerevan is looking for a Sales Executive.

Responsibilities:
  • Researching prospects and generating leads
  • Contacting potential and existing customers/partners on the phone, by email, and in person
  • Preparing and distributing proposals, ensuring timely collection of invoices
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs
  • Assisting the hotel sales manager in comprehensive competitor research to enhance market positioning
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to meticulously plan and execute events and conferences
  • Demonstrating a keen understanding of customer needs, fostering strong company loyalty
  • Conducting targeted email campaigns and cold calls to engage and attract potential clients
  • Participating in sales team meetings
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related sphere or tourism/service
-1+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
