Dial Tel LLC is looking for a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong cable by discovering and attracting new clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Assess client requirements, match them to company’s telecom solutions, and develop specific proposal
  • Maintain strong client relations to guarantee their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a smooth installation and service delivery
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor actions, and technology developments
  • Actively participate in industry events to promote DialTel services
  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of B2B direct sales experience
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and reporting abilities
