We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to manage administrative and financial tasks for the Sales department. The role involves overseeing sales expenses, coordinating partner visits and business trips, and preparing various reports. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • At least 2+ years of proven account management or customer service related experience
  • Experience in gaming industry will be considered as a big plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Armenian language and excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Ability to work under high pressure
