Salary: 150000 AMD – 180000 AMD Net a month

Responsibilities:
  • Providing detailed information about the products we offer
  • Effectively resolving customer inquiries and complaints
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding the organization's monthly targets
  • Using the knowledge gained during training sessions
  • Attending team meetings
  • Supporting new team members
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian (C1) and good knowledge of Russian (B2); knowledge of English is desirable (B1)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt and navigate situations
  • Ability to respond calmly to conflict situations
  • Ability to work in a team and take initiative
  • Work experience in maintenance and knowledge of 1C will be considered an advantage
