Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Specialist to join our team supporting our long-term client focused on healthcare intake services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce functional architecture and application development, with hands-on experience across key Salesforce Clouds such as CPQ, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Revenue Cloud/Conga CPQ.
In this role, you will actively participate in all phases of Salesforce application development — from requirements gathering through to implementation, testing, and ongoing support. You will also be responsible for Salesforce administration, integration with third-party applications, and performance tuning to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.

Our client is a software company dedicated to providing client management applications to organizations in the healthcare industry. For nearly two decades, they have focused on creating online intake services tailored for hospitals, medical centers, and private practices across the United States.
Project Overview:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using CPQ, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Revenue Cloud / Conga CPQ features.
- Lead and execute integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications, ensuring robust and secure data flows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce architecture and configurations.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, Approvals, and automate business processes.
- Administer Salesforce.com environments, including customization of page layouts, dashboards, record types, validation rules, profiles, roles, and Territory Management.
- Write and maintain unit tests using mocking frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Use Salesforce deployment tools such as Gearset for seamless release management.
- Monitor system performance, perform code instrumentation, and fine-tune applications for optimal performance.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for end-users and team members.
- Utilize tools such as Data Loader, Process Builder, Marketing automation, and related technologies to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
- Solid experience with Salesforce CPQ, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Revenue Cloud / Conga CPQ.
- Proven track record of integrating third-party applications with Salesforce.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce functional architecture and business process automation.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce Flows and Approvals processes.
- Hands-on experience in all phases of Salesforce application development lifecycle: requirements gathering, development, testing, implementation, and support.
- Proficiency with unit testing and mocking frameworks within Salesforce environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools, especially Gearset.
- Knowledge of code instrumentation, performance monitoring, and tuning techniques for Salesforce applications.
- Experience administering Salesforce.com environments, including customization, training, and user support.
- Understanding of Salesforce Territory Management principles.
- English proficiency for effective communication with global teams and stakeholders.
- Experience using Data Loader, Process Builder, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
