10Web is looking for a Senior Account Executive to own the inbound B2B sales pipeline and close high-intent deals. This role is ideal for a driven closer with a strong SaaS background who can convert qualified inbound interest into recurring revenue clients.

You’ll be the primary point of contact for inbound leads, guiding them from discovery through to deal close. If you are skilled at understanding business needs, communicating value clearly and closing deals – this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle for inbound B2B leads — from qualification to negotiation and close.
  • Understand client goals and match them with the right 10Web solution.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized pipeline using HubSpot.
  • Share market insights and client feedback to inform our sales and product strategy.
  • Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline health, and performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and Marketing teams throughout the sales process — from initial lead engagement to closing and post-sale — to ensure alignment, smooth handoffs, and long-term client success.
  • Continuously optimize the inbound sales process, nurturing strategies, and messaging to improve conversion rates and deal velocity.
  • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing inbound accounts to maximize long-term revenue.
  • Track and analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to lead qualification or conversion processes.
  • Represent 10Web in calls, demos, and potential events or webinars to build trust and credibility with prospects.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals with recurring revenue.
  • Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent or near-native English speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and explain digital products and integrations.
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
