Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Management of accounting and financial reporting
  • Preparation and maintenance of accounting documents and their archiving
  • Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate financial data recording
  • Tax calculation, preparation, and submission of tax returns
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
  • Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors
  • Perform financial analysis to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency
  • Mentor and support junior accounting staff
  • Recording and reconciliation of accounts related to the procurement and provision of goods and services
  • Calculation of salaries, preparation of employment documents
  • Accounting for material values, including inputs, outputs, and production accounting
  • Accounting for main assets
  • Execution of bank transfers, reconciliation of bank account statements, cash flow management
  • Accounting for exports and imports
  • Exchange of accounting information with business partners
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education (preferably in finance and accounting)
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a management position
  • Deep knowledge of tax legislation
  • AS-Accountant program knowledge
  • Proficiency in Excel functions
  • Familiarity with E-invoicing and tax-online programs
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Time planning and deadline management skills
  • Participation in the improvement of the quality of the accountant and auditor
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in Armenian, English and Russian languages
