SoftConstruct is looking for a Senior Financial Business Partner.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and development of annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets
  • Monitor and track budget performance to ensure alignment with financial goals
  • Ensure departmental spending adheres to budget constraints and financial policies
  • Provide financial forecasting and update budget projections based on operations
  • Advise leadership on financial needs and risks
  • Conduct variance analysis and explain discrepancies between actual performance and the budget
  • Prepare and present budget reports, highlighting key financial trends
  • Implement and maintain automated budgeting tools to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend financial strategies
  • Collaborate with departments to gather data and enhance financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with budgeting regulations and assist with audits
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required)
  • Master's degree or professional certification (such as CPA, CFA) is a plus
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in budgeting, finance or related roles
  • Experience in senior or leadership positions within budgeting or finance
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools (Excel, financial modeling software)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and highly organized
