SoftConstruct is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / VBET.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and production of high-quality visual content for print and digital media, including promotional materials, campaigns, websites, social media graphics, and more
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials
  • Create visually compelling guidelines and presentations that effectively communicate design concepts and strategies
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies specific to the gambling industry to ensure the team’s work remains cutting-edge and competitive
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with Lead Designers, Art Directors and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide design insights, and align on project timelines
  • Oversee the design process from initial concept through final execution, including feedback rounds and revisions
  • Ensure all design work meets quality standards and aligns with the overall brand strategy
  • Work closely with junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to help them develop their skills and deliver high-quality work
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging creative thinking and problem-solving
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews, contributing ideas and constructive feedback
  • Communicate effectively with internal clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, present design solutions, and address any concerns or feedback
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on design objectives and expectations
  • Present design concepts and progress updates to management and other key stakeholders if needed
  • Conduct research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes within the gambling industry
  • Use research insights to inform design decisions and create visually appealing and effective marketing materials
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the brand’s visual presence and effectiveness in the market
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
  • Proven experience leading design projects and working within a centralized design team
  • Experience in both print and digital design is required
  • Previous experience in the gambling or gaming industry is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and other design software
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
  • Excellent knowledge of branding and visual identity development
  • Experience with web design and a working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
  • Ability to create animations and interactive designs is a plus
