Overview
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily site HR support for operational departments
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, leave, attendance, payroll inputs, and WebHR data
- Administer employment contracts, amendments, renewals, and related documentation
- Coordinate employee mobilization, demobilization, transfers, roster changes, and status updates
- Maintain HR forms, registers, workflows, and approval processes
- Respond to employee HR queries promptly and professionally
- Guide HR administrative personnel when assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years HR related experience
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, HR administration and reporting
- Experience using payroll, attendance or HR systems is preferred
- Labor legislation, employment contracts, disciplinary processes and employee rights
- Recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and employee relations processes
- Payroll inputs, attendance, leave, rosters, overtime, allowances and employee movements
- Confidentiality, employee data protection and HR record control
- Strong communication, organisation, coordination, and time management skills
- Good judgement, discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR system
- Proficient in Armenian, Russian, and English
