Ardshinbank CJSC is looking for a Senior / Lead Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to define data science strategy and contribute to overall business strategy
  • Lead data science projects from conception to deployment, ensuring they are completed on time and meet business objectives
  • Propose AI-based solutions to address consumer and business needs
  • Develop and implement sophisticated ML/AI models, including in the domains of Generative AI, Deep Learning, NLP, and CV
  • Create fully automated model training and prediction pipelines and integrate them with the bank’s product offerings in cooperation with other teams
  • Guide and mentor junior data scientists and analysts, providing technical support and professional development
  • Ensure that data science practices adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • BSc or higher degree in Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a data scientist / ML engineer
  • 3+ years of experience of writing production-level code in Python
  • Strong mathematical background and knowledge of statistics
  • Expert knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning models
  • Hands-on experience with common software development flows and tools and working jointly with the engineering team to develop low latency AI/ML models at scale as well as deploying models into production
  • Experience with databases/data warehouses such as Oracle, SQL Server, Redshift
  • Excellent communication skills for both horizontal and vertical organizational lines
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, Time Series prediction, Recommendation Systems, and Deep Neural Networks is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a big plus
