We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with React experience to design and build scalable solutions for a high-traffic healthcare platform. You will contribute to both backend and frontend development, focusing on performance, reliability, and maintainability. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers and product stakeholders to deliver impactful features used by millions of users.

Project Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using .NET and React
  • Develop scalable APIs and services supporting millions of users and transactions
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Improve the internal interoperability platform and ETL processes with a focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work with modern technologies including React, C#, AWS, microservices, SQL, and cloud-native services
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong experience with React.js
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend development practices
  • Strong experience with .NET / C#
  • Experience working with AWS cloud services
  • Experience using Claude as part of the software engineering workflow for development, debugging, testing, code review, and productivity improvement
  • Good understanding of object-oriented design principles and software engineering best practices
  • Experience with unit testing and code refactoring
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English for daily communication in a distributed team
Nice To Have:
  • Good knowledge of T-SQL
  • Experience building and supporting large-scale distributed systems
  • Experience working with healthcare systems or healthcare technology platforms
  • Industry-specific education
