Description
The Senior Organizational Effectiveness Partner is a strategic HR/OD professional who will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of a company-wide KPI framework and process from scratch for a fast-paced Technology and iGaming company operating across multiple geographies.
Initially focused on building the full KPI system (methodology, templates, tools, governance, and rollout), the role evolves into maintaining a high-quality, ambitious, and strategy-aligned KPI process through close partnership with department heads, leaders, and HRBPs. The position also contributes to broader Organizational Effectiveness projects while delivering Strategic Partnership, Analytics, Global Execution, and the Culture of Excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and global rollout of a robust company-wide KPI framework — including methodology, templates, governance and link to Pay for Performance structure, tools/dashboards, and change management
  • Work closely with Performance Management Partner to ensure KPIs are correctly reflected in the Performance Management system and the alignment flow across the organization is seamlessly working
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to Department Heads, business leaders, and HRBPs to set, review, refresh, and uphold ambitious, measurable KPIs that remain fully aligned with company strategy and prevent dilution.
  • Drive organizational adoption of KPI and effectiveness practices through strong change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Own the ongoing maintenance of the KPI process — ensuring it stays relevant, rigorous, and effective through regular reviews, updates, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Monitor KPI adherence and quality across departments, leverage analytics and performance dashboards to deliver data-driven insights on KPI health, alignment with company Strategic Goals, organizational performance trends and improvement opportunities; provide regular reporting to leadership and drive constructive support and corrective actions to sustain KPI performance standards
  • Ensure seamless Global Execution by maintaining consistency across geographies while adapting to local contexts, cultural nuances, and business requirements
  • Champion a Culture of Excellence by promoting accountability, high performance standards, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment throughout the organization
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching for managers and leaders on effective KPI design, implementation, tracking, and review
  • Under the People Leadership guidance and in collaboration with other People teams facilitate structural re-design and optimization initiatives, including spans & layers reviews, roles clarity, and structural adjustments to support scalable growth and operational efficiency
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics, pulse surveys, team effectiveness assessments, and health checks to identify gaps and drive targeted interventions for high-performing teams and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support the Executive Director of Organizational Development on other Organizational Effectiveness initiatives (e.g., change management, process optimization, or culture related projects)
Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in KPI/OKR framework design and implementation, Organizational Performance, Organizational Development, or related strategic HR/strategy roles
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate company strategy into meaningful KPIs while maintaining rigor; data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics and dashboards
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, facilitation, training, and cross-cultural skills — comfortable challenging senior leaders constructively
  • Proven track record of successfully building and scaling KPI/OKR systems from scratch in technology, iGaming, or high-growth multi-geography environments is a big plus
  • Passion for high-performance cultures in fast-paced Technology and iGaming industries; global mindset with cross-cultural agility
  • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to connect organizational design, performance, talent, and business outcomes
  • Working experience with Monitoring & Evaluation systems and processes experience and skills
