Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong stakeholder management skills, banking industry experience, governance discipline, and the ability to manage ambiguity. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day program coordination, drive delivery across multiple workstreams, and ensure alignment between business and technology teams while maintaining effective governance and communication practices. Project Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Own day-to-day program coordination across DataArt and client teams.
  • Drive planning, execution, risk management, and dependency management across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate delivery involving Data Engineering, BI, Architecture, Data Governance, Security, and Business Analysis teams.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Manage steering committees, status reporting, action tracking, RAID logs, and executive communications.
  • Ensure alignment with agreed governance processes, deliverable reviews, approvals, and change management procedures.
  • Proactively identify blockers and drive resolution across organizational boundaries.
  • Support commercial discussions, scope management, and planning activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Project Management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Banking industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing fixed-price engagements.
  • Strong governance discipline and experience working within established governance frameworks.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity across teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges in complex environments.
