📢 We’re looking for an SMM Generalist who can take full ownership of our digital presence—strategy, execution, and growth.

This is not a “task executor” role. You are expected to think, decide, and deliver outcomes.

Required

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (portfolio required)
  • Strong understanding of YouTube (channel structure, SEO, titles, descriptions, tags, Shorts, community)
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram (Reels editing, Stories, visual packaging)
  • Ability to independently launch and manage ad campaigns (Meta Ads, YouTube promotion)
  • Solid copywriting skills (clear, engaging, non-generic tone)
  • Practical skills in editing (CapCut, VN, or Premiere) and basic design (Figma, Canva, or Photoshop)
  • Understanding of YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook and other platforms’ algorithms and their content performance mechanics
  • Ability to take ownership and make decisions without constant supervision

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with media or content-driven projects
  • Strong visual taste and understanding of aesthetics
  • Experience adapting content across platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze performance and iterate based on data

What You’ll Do

  • Develop SMM strategies for multiple projects (different audiences, positioning, and formats)
  • Lead YouTube growth (channel setup, optimization, distribution, community)
  • Manage Instagram presence (Reels, Stories, visual identity)
  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns (from creative to analytics)
  • Write and adapt content across platforms
  • Own the full content lifecycle: from idea to distribution and performance
