Responsibilities:
  • Build and execute integrated paid ad and content strategies for international clients (primarily US-based Aesthetic Clinics, MedSpas, and Healthcare practices)
  • Conduct target audience research and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to drive high-intent lead generation
  • Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focusing on Lead Generation & Website Conversions
  • Develop 30-day content pillars and write compelling Reel hooks, ad copy, and lead form qualifying questions
  • Work confidently with Meta Business Manager and tracking tools (Pixel, Conversions API) to analyze campaign performance
  • Bring fresh ideas, experiment with creative angles, and stay ahead of paid social and short-form content trends
  • Own the full SMM creation process: Design, edit, and write engaging social media content (Carousels, Reels, Stories, and static graphics)
  • Be open to feedback, embrace continuous learning, and grow your expertise with us
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management and running Meta Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of healthcare/aesthetic marketing logic and patient psychology
  • Ability to think beyond templates - custom strategies and performance angles over cookie-cutter solutions
  • A content-to-conversion mindset: understanding how organic content supports paid campaigns to build brand trust
  • Comfort with AI-driven tools to enhance creative research, scripting, and strategy development
  • Fluent / Upper-Intermediate English to understand foreign consumer psychology and craft high-quality copy
