“IQ Soft LLC” is looking for a “Strategic Partners Account Manager”.


- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing strategic partners
- Collaborate with partners to understand their business needs and goals
- Develop and execute workflows to drive growth and expansion
- Draw up a customer development plan
- Identify new opportunities within existing partner accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions
- Monitor key account metrics and provide insights to improve overall performance
- Conduct regular reviews with partners to assess satisfaction and address any concerns

Required Qualifications:

- Ability to work in teams, build relationships quickly and effectively and work under pressure
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Organizational, research, and time-management skills
- Perfect writing and communication skills in English
- Knowladge of other foreign langauges is a big plus
- Understanding of iGaming and crypto-related solutions and services is a big plus
