Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct systemic reviews related to business conduct, identify and assess risks, and present recommendations for risk mitigation
  • Review and respond to complaints and other signals received from consumers (including drafting responses), identify issues, and assess them
  • Evaluate the compliance of information published by financial organizations (including advertising materials)
  • Participate in the development of business conduct rules and regulations
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in Economics or Law
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the financial sector
  • Knowledge of business conduct regulations
  • Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of the financial syste
  • Understanding of financial analysis and risk management
  • Relevant knowledge in accounting, insurance, finance, banking, and the securities market
  • Excellent command of Armenian, and good knowledge of English and Russian
